Biography
Biography
I have experience in a variety of public settings, including community mental health, an eating disorders day treatment programme (Westmead, NSW), eating disorder outpatient service (WSU, NSW), pain management clinic (Nepean Hospital, NSW) along with extensive experience in private settings; providing assessment, diagnosis and treatment for a variety of psychological disorders to clients referred under a MHCP or via Comcare (workcover). Whilst I have experience in treating a variety of psychological disorders, my main areas of expertise include eating disorders, chronic pain and trauma (for police and other emergency service workers and those with childhood trauma).
I have a special interest in supporting early career psychologists. As a senior clinical psychologist, and as a PsyBA supervisor, I provide supervision to clinical psychology registrars and masters students on placement. I also held a guest lecturing role at Western Sydney University on an annual basis.
